Please contact the salon if you are running late. If you are late your appointment can be cancelled or cut down. Lateness over 15 minutes can result in a cancellation and a missed appointment fee of £20 is charged.
We cannot guarantee that you will be seen on the same day.
A missed appointment fee of £20 will be due to reinstate your booking.
A charge will be taken to reinstate your booking unless we have 48 hours notice.
Vouchers are applicable for new clients only.
